Our 22 state-of-the-art Nissei high precision injection molding machines ranging from 20 tons to 500 tons are capable of creating precision products weighing from a few grams to over 2.5 pounds.
All our machines are equipped with robots and are supported by auxiliary equipment including a central water recirculation system, mold temperature controllers, chillers, desiccant dryers, hot drop controllers, core pull, air assist, sonic welding, pad printing and more. We utilize various in-process molding systems such as process monitoring, automatic shut down and alarming. Our level of automation coupled with our lean manufacturing practices allows us to be competitive with off-shore plastic injection molding pricing while maintaining the convenience of domestic shipping costs and timing.
